Additional Information about your purchase:
We will gladly exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 7 days of date of purchase. There are absolutely no refunds available.

Our Layaway's are good for up to one year. However, Layaway's are not processed until a minimum of 50% deposit has been paid. Layaway's on items that do not require special order generally require 7 days notice for pickup or delivery. A cancellation of a layaway is subject to a 25% fee of the total purchase amount.

Sweet Dreams Bedding & Furniture will make every effort to make sure your special orders will arrive as agreed upon on the sales order. No order will be placed before a minimum 80% deposit has been paid. From the day that payment is made, Special Orders may take 2­8 weeks.

No cancellation is possible after your order has been placed. Cancellations of special orders after the order has been placed are subject to a 25% cancellation fee with a store credit for the balance. If the buyer does not accept delivery within 30 days after the merchandise is available, Sweet Dreams Bedding & Furniture will make that order available for resale. The original buyer must make arrangements to reorder and the additional order lead-time apply.

Any damages to merchandise, whether picked up at the store or delivered, must be reported in 30 days. Any services rendered after 30 days of delivery/purchase will result in a service call fee.

Information about your delivery:
You will find your delivery date on the front of your receipt with the day circular and date written in. Please make a note of it in a convenient place and do not forget. Also, please ensure that the address we have written is complete and accurate. If we cannot make the delivery when scheduled because no one is home or we do not have the correct address, you will be liable for the delivery charge.

To change your scheduled delivery date, call at least 4 hours prior to your delivery date.
All deliveries are made from 9:00 AM until completion on the day and date scheduled. It is impossible to give you a specific time of delivery. Someone must be home from 9:00 AM until 6:00PM to accept your order or a re­delivery fee will be incurred. Please ensure the day is convenient to receive your delivery or call us 48 hours before to reschedule delivery. Our delivery crew will put your new purchase in the room you specify.

Sweet Dreams Bedding & Furniture will assume no responsibility when it is found that the doorway, hallway, staircase, or elevator is too small or too narrow to facilitate delivery of your merchandise. Unless the obstacles can be cleared or otherwise avoided the customer may be required to re­select smaller pieces that can be delivered to that address. Alternatively, Sweet Dreams Bedding & Furniture may retain 30% of the purchase price of the merchandise and the order will be considered cancelled. In cases where the merchandise has been special ordered the customer would be liable for the full purchase price of the merchandise.

If a COD amount has been approved in the case of your order it can only be paid in cash. The driver must collect the COD before any item can be delivered. Please have exact change, as drivers cannot make change.
